Part-Time Office Administrator
Are you looking for a FLEXIBLE, part-time position? We are looking for an awesome administrator to join our team on a part-time basis!
We are a small successful real estate office wanting to add to our team. You will need to be competent with a computer, be happy to help, and have a sense of humour. You will be working closely with the Director.
The role will include a range of responsibilities including:
– Managing marketing materials
– Organising appointments
– Processing and uploading all property photos
– Property advertising and marketing
– Digital Marketing and social media
– Artwork and graphics management
To be successful for this role, you will ideally have obtained the following:
– Previous admin experience
– Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
– Confidence across Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc
– IT Savvy; Strong attention to detail
– Enthusiasm, positive attitude and team player!
